Forge House Accommodation Solutions provides high-quality supported housing across the South East of England. We regularly establish new homes to meet the evolving needs of local communities, working closely with care partners, local authorities, and health services.
All our properties, whether shared homes or self-contained apartments, are tailored to the needs of the individuals referred to us. Each home includes 24/7 on-site care and support, ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and empowered.

Completed in 2022, this collection of five newly built, four-bedroom townhouses offers high-quality supported living in a modern, community-focused setting. Developed in partnership with Forge House Care, the project has created safe and welcoming homes for 12 adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
Each home is thoughtfully designed to promote independence, comfort, and dignity—providing residents with the space and support they need to thrive.

Maidstone, Kent
This newly built collection of five two-bedroom townhouses provides safe, modern homes for adults with learning disabilities and autism. Designed with comfort and independence in mind, each home supports one resident, creating a calm and personalised living environment.
This development reflects our ongoing commitment to building inclusive communities where individuals can thrive with the right support in place.

Gillingham, Kent
This fantastic development is home to six adults with learning disabilities and autism, offering a safe, supportive, and inclusive living environment.
The site also features a café, run by the residents with the support of the care organisation. Open weekly, the café provides residents with valuable opportunities to gain work experience, build confidence, and develop life skills in a welcoming, real-world setting.
